Davud Mammadov, ACCA
Director
Davud is overseeing the financial advisory and valuation services of the Firm while also managing its overall operations. He has over 20 years of experience supporting clients across various regional markets. Before starting his own practice in 2015, Davud gained over eight years of experience at Deloitte, where he was involved in managing external audits for banks, insurers, and companies in construction, hospitality, and retail across Azerbaijan, Russia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine. He also gained valuable experience as an internal auditor at Allianz (Germany) and Eurasia Cinemas (Turkey), focusing on internal control and risk management systems. With a strong background in finance and business administration, Davud currently advises local companies on financial management and reporting issues, performance management, investments and strategy. With extensive expertise in IFRS and financial audit, he shares his knowledge by lecturing at local universities and delivering corporate training programs. Davud has been a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) since 2015 and a member of the Chamber of Auditors of the Azerbaijan Republic since 2017. Nigar Mammadova
Audit Manager
Nigar is an Audit Manager with a strong background in accounting and tax, bringing over 15 years of experience serving corporate clients across the private and public sectors. Nigar has extensive hands-on experience as a CFO, overseeing financial management, cash flows, budgeting and strategic planning for businesses. She is skilled in securing bank financing, including negotiating loan terms, structuring credit facilities, and managing relationships with financial institutions. Her expertise also includes corporate taxation, labor legislation and business law, allowing her to provide valuable guidance to clients in retail, wholesale distribution, manufacturing and service industries. Nigar has been involved in various statutory audits, compilations and agreed-upon procedure engagements. She also leads projects related to ERP and accounting software implementation, as well as the development and execution of accounting policies and procedures. She holds a Master's degree in Management from the Academy of Public Administration and a Diploma in International Financial Reporting (DipIFR).
